Invitation: Decades of Demand & Zero Competition

WHY YOU NEED TO JOIN ME LIVE THIS SATURDAY

Hey guys, Mikkel here,

I’ve done a lot of cool things in my life.

I’ve travelled to places most people wouldn’t dare to visit.

I’ve raised my children in different countries.

I’ve taken the stage to speak in front of thousands.

I’ve negotiated deals worth tens of millions of dollars in corners of the world most people overlook.

I’ve sat across the table from billionaires, politicians, and some of the most interesting people to walk God’s green earth.

…but despite all of that, there’s still something that makes me feel just as alive:

Hosting special presentation sessions for my community of adventurous, unconventional expats and offshore investors just like you.

What I share in these sessions is the result of decades of travel, deal-making, putting my own capital on the line, and lessons learned through hard-won experience.

Here are the details you’ll need to join me:

This Saturday, when I go live, I will be discussing one of the clearest market inefficiencies I’ve ever seen.

I am talking about the kind of supply-demand mismatch that seldom presents itself…

…and when it does, the upsides are enormous.

Ask anyone in the region and they’ll tell you the same thing: the tourists are already here.

Millions of them.

Every year.

Since the 1980s.

Not seasonally… it’s durable, with year-round demand.

So no, the issue isn’t demand.

The issue is supply.

There simply isn’t enough of it.

…and what does exist is far from sufficient, let alone affordable.

The competition is WEAK.

Visitors to the region aren’t looking for luxury five-star hotels or bargain-basement hostels.

They want clean, modern, comfortable accommodations.

They want the basics done right.

Instead, what they find is a patchwork of outdated hotels, overpriced resorts, and properties that don’t come close to meeting their expectations.

That’s the disconnect.

Despite the poor selection of accommodations, occupancy rates remain high.

Arrival numbers keep climbing.

The growth curve has only moved in one direction… up and to the right.

Yet the supply side hasn’t caught up.

It is truly a market mismatch so severe that it’s not just a gap…

…it’s a canyon.

…and it’s been left wide open for decades.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’ve made a career out of spotting these inefficiencies before the mainstream wakes up to what is really going on.

I’ve walked on plots of land in the “middle of nowhere” surrounded by nothing more than a few cranes in the distance, knowing fully well that within 7-10 years, that very land would be trading at a massive premium.

I’ve stood on dusty back roads with barely a tire track, knowing that in less than a decade those same roads would be lined with cafes, condos, and price tags five times higher than anyone would’ve believed possible.

I’ve been in towns where the nightly entertainment was a few locals playing guitar on the beach, and watched them develop into tourism hotspots lined with restaurants, hotels, and internationally known shops.

Simply put, I don’t speculate.

I recognize patterns… and I do it damn well.

Here’s What I’ll Cover During Our Time Together

  • The hard data on arrivals and occupancy, and why the demand curve has been rising since the 80s.

  • Why supply never caught up and the reasons one market within this region has been overlooked for so long…  and why that’s finally about to change.

  • The new model we’re deploying and how this strategy flips our traditional thesis on its head and serves a very specific type of visitor.

  • How a properly structured project model will translate into repeatable, hands-off cash flow when matched with the clear market inefficiency I have uncovered

  • Why timing matters right now… and what will happen when the market catches on

You don’t often get to see a market mismatch this obvious.

Proven demand, virtually no competition and a gap in the market that has been left ignored and untouched for decades.

The market imbalance is massive.

The numbers are undeniable.

Don’t make the mistake of underestimating the importance of this invitation.

If you do, the error will be yours, and the consequences will play themselves out in plain sight.

This Saturday, I’ll show you the full picture (and give you the playbook).

Speak soon,
Mikkel

PS. When I was on the ground in Brazil just a couple of months ago, I triple-checked this thesis myself. I walked the sites, spoke with locals, and reviewed the numbers firsthand. I even had a private one-on-one conversation with the minister of tourism for the region, and he reconfirmed what I’ve been discussing with my partners for the past two years - the people are coming in droves, yet the supply to adequately accommodate them is severely lacking. You need to be in the room before everyone else catches on to what I have uncovered. You can do so by clicking this link here.
